Medilogic were great to deal with. Competetively priced and very quick. However this is the 3rd Welch Allyn handle I've had to buy in the last 6 years and I wouldn't say I use it heavily. I'm not sure what other's experience has been, but they don't seem as robust as they should be.

Item packaged well and received promptly. The battery handle is working well without issue. Although, the handle only came with the battery section and not combined with the upper switch section as pictured.
